Welcome to Coonberries!
In a rural setting, nestled in the hills east of San Diego, all of our Maine Coons are raised indoors and are registered with the CFA, TICA, and CFF. Our kitten litters are registered with the CFA and are eligible to be registered with TICA and CFF if you choose. As part of our adoption process, you are able to name your new furry member of the family and will be able to register them in your name. Our goal is to provide pure bred Maine Coons as pets because they are just amazing, adorable, and truly lovable.
We also have polydactyl Maine Coons, which means that they have extra toes on their front or back paws and sometimes, on all four paws. Poly cats can be shown in CFA's Household Pet class.
All of our kittens are family raised, meaning that they will be familiar with daily household activities and sounds. At the time of adoption, all kittens will have had their kitten shots, be litter box trained, de-wormed, freshly bathed (generally as willing participants, or not), ready to be loved and become a new member of your family. The kittens stay with their moms until they're ready to leave her at about 12 weeks of age, and are sold with a health guarantee along with a spay/neuter contract.
